This virtual consultation is designed for clients interested in E-Design services who want professional guidance and a clear design direction for their space, without full-service installation. During our one-hour video consultation, we will discuss your goals, style preferences, layout challenges, and overall vision for the room. This session allows us to assess your needs, answer initial questions, and determine whether E-Design is the right fit for your project. Following the consultation, you will receive a summary of recommendations and next steps. If you move forward with E-Design services, a customized design proposal will be provided outlining the scope of work and design fee. This consultation is ideal for clients who want expert design direction while managing ordering and installation independently. E-Design Services May Include: Design concept and mood board Color palette and style direction Space planning or layout guidance Curated shopping list with designer-selected pieces Limited revisions based on project scope You are booking a E-design consultation package with a virtual walk-thru of your space. Please take photos and measurements of your space and submit them to homeandstyle@joyclary.com at least 24hrs prior to your zoom meeting.
Cancellation Policy
**To reschedule a consultation, please contact us within 24 hrs. If you have to cancel your consultation, please do so within 24 hrs of booking (no exceptions). There are no refunds if you miss your consultation. Please contact us within 24 hours of you scheduled time slot to reschedule. There are no refunds on sourced products that have shipped. No refunds on Out - of - State travel fees with approved itinerary. Virtual Design clients: Should you receive a damaged product, please contact HSWJ immediately to receive a replacement.
