Directions for Cheeseburger Sliders Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix 2 pounds of ground beef with 2 tablespoons of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of sea salt and 2 tablespoons of black pepper in a mixing bowl.
Next, press the beef into the bottom of a 9 x 13“ baking dish into a flat, even layer. Bake 20 minutes. Drain the liquid and set aside.
Using Hawaiian Rolls or Brioche Rolls (Substitute)
Slice the rolls in half lengthwise with a bread knife, place the bottom half of rolls in the same baking dish.
Top the bottom half of the rolls with the cooked beef, optional onions, & cheese in a single layer. Top I top half of the rolls.
Pour melted butter, garlic powder mixture over top of the rolls. Here a I used a fav orite eason on mine that combines Truffle, Parmesan, and black garlic. Bake an additional 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Plate your sliders on a decorative serving tray, if you are having guests over. Makes a delicious display to wow your guests.
Notes
Remember that Hawaiian rolls can be substituted for any slider sized rolls. Adding onions is optional. You can get creative and add onions on one side of the dish for those who enjoy the flavor.
